Teaching Philosophy

Katelyn believes every child deserves the opportunity to learn how to swim and feel safe in the water.

Her teaching style combines:

• Water safety education
• Fun and engaging instruction

• Parent involvement and practice support

She often incorporates songs, games, silly voices, and playful interaction to help swimmers feel relaxed and confident during lessons.

Parents and siblings are encouraged to practice skills outside of lessons to help swimmers gain confidence and progress more quickly.
